Quality starts before production

We review the drawing, revision, material, finish, quantity, and inspection expectations before work begins. Requirements that affect cost, manufacturability, or verification are clarified before the order reaches the workshop.

01

Drawing review

Part number, revision, tolerances, datums, finish notes, and requested records are checked before release.

02

Material control

Specified stock is identified and certificates are connected to the order when requested.

03

In-process checks

Critical features are checked during production so problems are identified before final inspection.

04

Final release

Completed parts, documentation, labeling, protection, and packing requirements are verified before shipment.

Inspection matched to the part

The inspection approach is selected around the geometry, tolerance, quantity, and reporting requirement—not applied as a generic checklist after production.

Dimensional inspection
Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauges, and CMM inspection where appropriate.
First article review
Initial parts can be checked before the remaining quantity proceeds when the project requires it.
Visual and finish checks
Surface condition, color, marking, deburring, coating, and cosmetic expectations are reviewed against the order.
Customer-defined reporting
Inspection scope and report format are agreed before production rather than assumed after shipment.
